PRICES: Variant prices are listed in US dollars. Prices subject to change without notice.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT: $5000 - initial order for terms qualification, $1000 for pro forma orders. No minimum for reorders.  

PRO FORMA ORDERS: Payment in full is required at the time of order placement for order confirmation.

DELIVERY & BACKORDERS: In-stock items will ship within 5-10 business days of order confirmation. Due to the nature of production, please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery on backordered items. Shipment tracking information will be emailed upon availability.

SHIPPING/HANDLING: Domestic and International shipping charges will be reflected in the order total at the time of order placement—exceptions may apply. Veritas Home reserves the right to use discretion regarding the use of a shipment or freight carrier. Preferred carrier requests are evaluated on an individual basis.

CHANGES TO ORDERS: Requests must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation. Cancelled orders already packed are subject to 25% restocking fee.

NATURE OF PRODUCTION: All Veritas Home products are handmade and may vary slightly.

CUSTOM DESIGN/COLLABORATIONS: Veritas Home is happy to evaluate custom color and size modifications as well as new design concepts on an individual basis.

CREDIT TERMS: Credit card orders are pre-authorized at the time of order placement for confirmation. Should it be necessary to refer an account balance to a licensed collection agency/attorney for legal action, all subsequent charges should be paid by the applicant. 

THE PRIVILEGE OF NET 30: Net 30 payments are due in full 30 days after shipment as indicated on the final invoice. Clients who meet the minimum order requirement or submit a satisfactory credit reference are eligible for terms consideration.

PAYMENTS: Veritas Home accepts all major credit cards, EFT payments and checks.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of defect—exclusions may apply. Please report the unlikely event of damages/defects within 48 hours of delivery for replacement consideration. Orders placed under sale/promotion are final sale and are not eligible for return.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL: Veritas Home reserves the right to refuse service or credit.
